Tracy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with certifications in divorce and financial specialties. During her 30 years as a CPA, Tracy has developed the ability to identify the crucial issues, explain the effects of choices, and offer alternative solutions to her clients' concerns. She has the answers to the questions you didn't know to ask.

Tracy started her CPA career with six years at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG), eventually forming her own CPA firm in litigation support. She has experience with large and small companies, individuals, balance-sheet investigations, asset valuations, pension plans, investment advising, tracing separate property, individual financial planning, mediating settlement, and advising couples in more than 65 collaborative divorces.

She is respected by her professional colleagues. She is a member of the Executive Board and Treasurer of the 28,000-member Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas. She was twice elected chair of the Brazos Valley chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs.

Houston and College Station Collaborative Law professionals have joined Tracy in founding the not-for-profit Council of Collaborative Law. The Council is dedicated to informing the residents of Bryan/College Station about the collaborative law process as an alternative to the traditional divorce process. Tracy is the founding president and member of the Board of Directors.

Tracy has published articles and has been quoted in many publications. They include Today's CPA, Collaborative Law Institute of Texas newsletter, Divorce Magazine, Texas Realtor, MommaSaid.com, iParenting.com, and she was featured on in a cover article in CPA Magazine. She is a contributing columnist for the AICPA Wealth Management Insider e-Newsletter. She speaks on the complex issues of divorce financial planning at continuing-education seminars for lawyers and fellow CPAs. She has been interviewed on radio and television.
